Welcome to Doorstep Laundry. By booking or using our laundry pickup and delivery services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Services
Doorstep Laundry provides pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery for standard household laundry.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are unsafe, heavily soiled, hazardous, delicate, or not suitable for standard laundering.
3. Customer Responsibility
Doorstep Laundry provides pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery for standard household laundry.
Customers are responsible for:

Checking all pockets before pickup

Removing valuables such as cash, jewelry, and electronics

Informing us of any delicate or special-care items

Ensuring laundry is securely packed and ready for pickup
Doorstep Laundry is not responsible for damage or loss caused by items left in pockets or failure to disclose special-care items.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information and ensure laundry is available at the scheduled time.
While we do our best to stay on schedule, exact pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen delays.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule before the scheduled pickup time.
Doorstep Laundry reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services when necessary.
6. Laundry Care
Laundry is processed using our standard wash, dry, and fold procedures unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:

Some stains may not come out

Normal laundering may cause shrinkage, fading, or wear depending on fabric and garment condition

We do not guarantee stain removal or preservation of delicate or damaged items
7. Liability & Claims
We take reasonable care in handling all items.
However, Doorstep Laundry is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Weak fabrics, loose seams, missing buttons, or faulty zippers

Damage caused by standard laundering of unsuitable items

Items not included at pickup
Any claim for a missing or damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If a claim is verified, liability is limited to the fair market value of the item, up to $25 CAD per order, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers available through our website or booking system.
Doorstep Laundry does not store full payment card details.
9. Unclaimed Orders
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery or arranging receipt of completed orders.
Doorstep Laundry reserves the right to charge reasonable re-delivery or storage fees for unclaimed or undeliverable orders.
10. Changes to Terms
Doorstep Laundry may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
